Information you submit via our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to send you a quote or discuss your booking. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to manage your booking or enquiry. If you would like your data removed at any time, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages help people find and book us — which pages get read, which buttons get clicked, and how many enquiries come in. It tells us nothing about you personally, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

Analytics is switched off until you choose to allow it. When you first visit, a banner asks whether to accept or decline; declining is a single click and the site works exactly the same either way. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent.

Your choice is stored in your own browser so we do not keep asking. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit. IP addresses are anonymised before they reach Google.

Third-party services

This site embeds content from YouTube and Spotify, and our enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to us by email. Videos load only when you click play, so YouTube sets nothing until then. These services operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
